"I first got to know and love Açaí in 2007 during my first professional BJJ camp in Brazil. Since then it has been a solid part of my diet. After my return to Germany in 2011, I was happy and relieved to find Fine Fruits Club as my reliable source of best quality Açaí in Germany. Whether before the training as an energy kick, after the training as a refreshment or simply in between: a delicious Açaí Bowl is always my first choice.
My favourite recipe for an Açaí Bowl is:
- 2x100g organic Açaí Premium
- 1x120g Berry Mix
- 1 banana
- 50ml apple juice
- Topping: fresh fruits, chia seeds and granola muesli
