Early on I enjoyed the combination of açaí and healthy nuts in various bowls, and since then açaí has always been a basic component of a healthy sports nutrition for me. Since I go vegetarian and try to avoid dairy products, açaí has become even more important for me, especially as a breakfast but also as a dessert. Of course, an açaí-guarana shake is always a good preworkout booster to get the best possible performance on the mat."

Pre Workout Açaí Berry Shake
100g açaí + Guaraná
400ml liquid (300ml water and 100ml apple juice)
One ripe banana
One hand full of frozen berries
Mix in the blender for about 1 minute on highest setting.
