Details about The red dragonfly (Hylocereus monacanthus) is mainly native to subtropical regions and owes its name to its jagged shell, which resembles a dragon skin. It is also called pitaya or pitahaya. Its gorgeous pink sweetish pulp gives each smoothie bowl an exciting color and provides the body in a natural way with the vitamins C, E and B as well as iron, calcium and phosphorus.
