Fine frozen organic açaí fruit puree from Brazil in 100g portion packs. Our PREMIUM variety is the highest quality of açaí puree, characterised by a particularly high dry matter content. In Brazil it is known as "Açaí grosso".

The small purple açaí berries are harvested in the Brazilian state of Pará in the Amazon rainforest, processed within 48 hours and, thanks to deep-freezing, preserved gently and without artificial additives. The fruit pulp thus retains the authentic taste and valuable ingredients of the fresh berries.

Thanks to the practical 100g portions, there are numerous applications for açaí puree. For example, the preparation of fresh açaí bowls as they have been appreciated in Brazil for decades is currently very popular.
