Details about ORGANIC Açaí+Guaraná Fruit Puree
Açaí puree is available in three clearly defined quality grades, depending on the dry matter. In contrast to other fruits açaí is very "dry", which means that water must always be added to obtain fruit pulp:
- "fino": low to medium dry matter
- "medio": medium to high dry matter
- "grosso": very high dry matter
This product is "Açaí grosso".
Our açaí berries are harvested wild in the Amazon rainforest, freshly processed and gently preserved by shock freezing. The puree thus offers a quality that corresponds to the fresh açaí berries.
There are no limits to creativity when it comes to the application of our açaí packs: everything is possible from Açaí bowls to smoothies and ice cream.
