Details about Organic Açaí Puree

Fine frozen acai puree packaged in practical 100g portions. This product is particularly high quality acai puree with highest possible dry matter. In Brazil it is known as "Açaí especial" or "Açaí grosso".
 
Acai puree is offered worldwide in three standardized quality levels which are based on the dry matter (as açaí berries are very "dry" by nature, water has to be added to gain consumable fruit puree):
  • "Açaí fino": low to medium dry matter
  • "Açaí medio":medium to high dry matter
  • "Açaí grosso": very high dry matter

This product is "Acai grosso" with highest possible dry matter.

All fruits are sun-ripened at harvest, processed at the peak of freshness, and gently conserved through deep freezing with no additives whatsoever. Aroma, flavor, and nutrients are thus optimally preserved. It doesn’t get fresher than this.

With Acai Juice Pads you can make fresh, healthy premium smoothies and delicious açaí bowls in no time just by adding juices, milk, or even yoghurt. You may also use them for the preparation of ice cream, patisserie products, cocktails or sauces. Let your creativity run free!
