Acai Pellets ORGANIC, 8x250g

Fine frozen organic açaí puree in practical 4g portions (pellets) as an ingredient for homemade smoothies & bowls.

. * To obtain açaí puree, it is mandatory to add water. Depending on the amount of water added, a distinction is made in Brazil, the country of origin, between "fino", "medio" and "grosso" açaí. We use the "grosso" variety with the least amount of water added and a dry matter of 14%.

Applications

Thanks to the small 4g portions, our açaí pellets are ideal as an ingredient for high-quality smoothies and smoothie bowls. They are easy to dose and just as easy to blend. Simply put the desired amount of pellets in the blender, add other ingredients and a liquid of your choice and blend for about 60 seconds! For smoothies, use a little more liquid, for smoothie bowls about less. After a few tries, you'll get the hang of it.

Environmentally friendly packaging:

For packaging, we opted for an innovative fresh-fibre cardboard box. Unlike conventional boxes for frozen products, no plastic coating (PE) is used as a barrier, only wood pulp and cellulose with multiple pigment coating. Our packaging is therefore completely plastic-free and 100% recyclable. So please be sure to dispose of it in the paper recycling bin!
