Fine frozen açaí puree from controlled organic harvest in practical 100g portion packs. Our Açaí PREMIUM is a particularly high-quality açaí puree with the highest possible dry matter, which is known as "Açaí grosso" in its country of origin, Brazil.
The açaí berries are harvested wild in the Brazilian Amazon rainforest, processed fresh within a maximum of 48 hours and preserved by shock freezing gently and without any additives. The taste and the valuable ingredients of the berries are thus preserved in the best possible way.
Application: Due to its high dry matter, this açaí puree is particularly suitable for preparing fresh açaí bowls.
