Our passion fruits are only picked when the optimal degree of ripeness and therefore the best taste are achieved. Immediately after harvesting, the jelly-like fruit puree is deseeded and gently conserved by shock-freezing.

Due to its refreshing acidity, our passion fruit pulp without seeds is a popular ingredient for smoothies. Alternatively, we also offer passion fruit pulp with seeds, which is often used for toppings and cocktails.
