Fruit puree for ice cream

Fine frozen fruit purees in 1kg packs (bag in box) for the preparation of excellent ice cream or smoothie bowls.

All fruits are harvested in the country of origin at the optimum degree of ripeness, processed promptly and then shock frozen without additives. The intensive natural taste of the fresh fruit is thus preserved in the best possible way.

The fruit purees are not only perfectly suited for the artisan production of ice cream and sorbets. Fresh smoothie bowls can also be prepared quickly and easily in larger quantities by freezing the puree in our ice cream machine, either pure or with other ingredients.
