Banana puree, 4kg (40x100g)

The bananas for our fruit puree are only harvested when they are really mature and have reached the best quality in taste. In order to preserve the intense taste they are then immediately processed into puree and deep-frozen.

Bananas give smoothies a creamy consistency and a pleasant sweetness. The deep-frozen banana puree is also particularly suitable for preparing smoothie bowls, which require as many frozen ingredients as possible.
