The cajá fruits, also known as taperebá in Brazil, are picked at full ripeness, processed immediately and gently frozen without additives. In this way, all valuable active ingredients are preserved as well as the typical, intensive taste of the fresh fruits.

Simply put the frozen cajá puree into the mixer and blend it to a fresh smoothie by adding juices, milk or yoghurt. The fruit puree is also suitable for preparing ice cream, patisserie products or cocktails.
