Fine frozen açaí puree with guarana syrup in 1kg portions. All ingredients originate from controlled organic farming.
The thawed açaí premix is put into the ice-cream maker, either pure or together with other ingredients. After a freezing time of approx. 30 minutes, the finished açaí bowls can be dispensed quickly and in top quality.
