Fine mango puree (deep-frozen) in practical 100g portions: 100% pure, aromatic mango without peel and seed.
 
Our mango puree consists of two different mango varieties (“Criollo” and “Tommy Atkins”), which we combine for an optimal taste experience. All mangoes are picked sun-ripened in Ecuador, processed fresh from the harvest and preserved gently and without any additives thanks to deep-freezing. The aroma, taste and active ingredients are thus optimally preserved. It couldn't be fresher.
 
With our mango puree you can mix fresh, healthy mango smoothies and extravagant fruit drinks in no time at all by adding juices, milk or yoghurt. It is also suitable for preparing ice cream, patisserie products, cocktails or sauces. There are no limits to your creativity.

Optimum processing temperature

The mango puree is best blended into smoothies and bowls when it is at a temperature of approx. -5°C. It should be taken out of the freezer about 10 minutes before use or alternatively briefly held under warm water before use.
 

Preparation Mango Smoothie (250-300ml) in a blender:

  1. Cut 100g of mango puree in half with a knife and squeeze the contents into the blender
  2. Add 150-200ml apple juice, vegan milk substitute or water
  3. Optionally add a piece of banana
  4. Sweeten with a dash of honey or agave syrup if desired
  5. Blend for approx. 60 seconds
  6. Serve fresh

Preparation Mango Bowl (approx. 350ml) in a blender:

  1. Cut 2x100g of mango puree in half with a knife and squeeze the contents into the blender
  2. Add 150-200ml apple juice, vegan milk substitute or water
  3. Optionally add 1/4 banana
  4. Sweeten with a dash of honey or agave syrup if desired
  5. Blend for approx. 60 seconds
  6. Serve fresh
