Coconut bowl recipe

Our coconut bowl recipe is as simple as it is delicious. Once you start spooning it up, you will never be able to stop. And this is a good thing, even if this recipe isn't exactly low in calories. Sometimes you have to treat yourself.
 
All the certified organic ingredients in our frozen Coco Smoothie Mix are already portioned according to your needs and are waiting to be mixed with plant-based milk:
  • Coco Smoothie Mix with
    • Coconut milk
    • Banana
    • Cashews
  • Vegan milk substitute (oat milk, almond milk or soy milk)
 

Preparation Coconut Smoothie Bowl:

  1. Take 2 x Coco Smoothie Mixe (2x120g) out of the freezer and put the contents in the blender
  2. Add 180-200ml vegan milk substitute
  3. Blend on high speed for approx. 60 seconds (use the crush function at the beginning)
  4. Serve in a bowl and garnish to taste with granola, nuts, chia seeds, etc.
 
Tip: You should use as little liquid as possible for smoothie bowls, although the ideal amount can vary from blender to blender. It can help to first blend 1 x 120g Coco Smoothie Mix with the specified amount of liquid and then add the second portion in the second step.

Is the coconut bowl recipe suitable for losing weight?

 
No, unfortunately not. It is a gourmet recipe with a high energy value. The two coconut smoothie packs alone add up to around 500kcal, as coconut milk is known for its high fat content. However, this bowl is also a real flavor bomb.
