Application:

As our açaí sorbet contains much less sugar than conventional sorbets and we do not use air to increase the volume, it requires a significantly longer thawing time. We recommend taking it out of the freezer approx. 15-20 minutes before consumption and only using it once the desired creamy consistency has been achieved.
