Fine Fruits Club offers the largest and best quality range of açaí puree with and without guarana in various portion sizes (100g, 4g pellets, 1kg). The right variant can be selected depending on the use. For this recipe, for example, you can use 2 x 100g sachets or the corresponding amount of açaí pellets.
Tip: The puree should not be transferred directly from the freezer to the blender, but should be thawed so that it is still completely frozen, but can be cut through easily. This not only makes work easier for the blender. The açaí puree sweetened with guarana syrup thaws a little faster than the pure version.
We recommend our frozen banana puree. Alternatively, you can cut up a fresh banana yourself and freeze it. If you don't like bananas, you can simply leave them out (then just use 300g açaí puree) or use other sweet, frozen fruits such as mango or blueberries instead. It also tastes great with our mango puree, for example.
Apple juice provides additional sweetness and plant-based milk a slightly nutty note, while water is neutral in taste but also has a diluting effect. Try it out and find your favorite!
You should use as little liquid as possible for smoothie bowls, although the ideal amount can vary from blender to blender. You will have the right amount by the third attempt at the latest.
As açaí naturally contains hardly any sugar, you can optionally add a little extra sweetness to taste if you are working with pure açaí puree. Our acai puree with guarana, on the other hand, is already sweetened, so this step can be skipped.
The blender's crush function can help at the beginning. Programmable blenders that crush automatically at the start of the blending process are ideal.
Granola is the classic topping par excellence. However, anything is possible, from fruit, nuts and seeds to shredded coconut, peanut butter or pistachio cream.
