82% organic açaí puree provides this soft serve mix with an authentic, intense and full-bodied açaí flavor, with a light blueberry note and a dash of lime for a round, fruity finish. The creamy consistency creates an exceptionally pleasant mouthfeel, making the mix ideal for preparing high-quality açaí bowls.

Açaí puree (82%), whole cane sugar, agave syrup, blueberry concentrate, agave inulin, emulsifier: soy lecithin; lime juice, beet powder, thickener: guar gum, arrowroot powder

Accessories:

For preparation you will need a soft ice machine to prepare this product. By varying the freezing rate and/or the amount of air added, you can set the desired consistency and differentiate between açaí bowl, açaí sorbet and açaí soft ice cream. We recommend the "Gelmatic" brand ice cream makers for this product.

Packaging disposal:

Thanks to the clear separation of the PE film and outer carton, the packaging can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way: the PE film in the recycling garbage can and the carton in the paper garbage can.
