Thanks to its 79% açaí content, this açaí soft serve mix guarantees an authentic, intense and full-bodied açaí flavor with a pleasant sweetness. The creamy consistency creates an extraordinarily pleasant mouthfeel, as you would expect from high-quality ice cream.

For preparation alternative 1 you will need a soft ice machine to prepare this product. By varying the freezing rate and/or the amount of air added, you can set the desired consistency and differentiate between açaí bowl, açaí sorbet and açaí soft ice cream. We recommend the "Gelmatic" brand ice cream makers for this product.

Packaging disposal:

Thanks to the clear separation of the PE film and outer carton, the packaging can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way: the PE film in the recycling garbage can and the carton in the paper garbage can.

Preparation açaí bowl:

Alternative 1:Allow the açaí mix to defrost completely and pour directly into the soft ice machine or alternatively transfer to a suitable container and store temporarily at 0-7°C for a maximum of 2 days.
- Defrosting time at room temperature: approx. 24h
- Defrosting time in the fridge: approx. 48h
Alternative 2: Store the premix at approx. -2 to -5°C and serve it like a sorbet using an ice cream scoop.
