Preparation açaí bowl:

Store the sorbet at approx. -2 to -5°C. Form sorbet scoops using an ice cream scoop, place in a bowl and top with granola, fresh fruit or other toppings. 

Also suitable for use in a soft serve ice cream machine. For this purpose allow the açaí sorbet to defrost completely, then pour directly into the hopper of the machine. Pull the acai sorbet from the machine into a bowl and decorate with toppings like granola or fresh fruit.
