Accessories:
For preparation alternative 1 you will need a soft ice machine to prepare this product. By varying the freezing rate and/or the amount of air added, you can set the desired consistency and differentiate between açaí bowl, açaí sorbet and açaí soft ice cream.

  • Alternative 1:Allow the açaí mix to defrost completely and pour directly into the soft ice machine or alternatively transfer to a suitable container and store temporarily at 0-7°C for a maximum of 2 days.
    • Defrosting time at room temperature: approx. 24h
    • Defrosting time in the fridge: approx. 48h
  • Alternative 2: Store the premix at approx. -2 to -5°C and serve it like a sorbet using an ice cream scoop.
